Delayed Funeral & Life Cover Claim
Assupol has the most *********** and disappointing staff in SA!! I made a funeral cover claim on the 4th of Jan & I was told I would receive the payout in 48 hours, I am still waiting for that. What leaves me unsettled & anxious is that I’ve also made a life insurance claim & I’m not sure when I’ll be receiving that. Dealing with Assupol is like dealing with ********, I honestly do NOT recommend that people invest in ANY Assupol products!!!
