Delay in claim payout 3 months later

Good day

I am asking for feedback on the claim submitted 3 or more months ago. I really don’t understand what is the delay as I have submitted all the supporting documentation from the doctors and hospital.

This situation has really affected my family as we were relying on this relief as my husband has not been working due to the injuries.

I am wondering if I was deceived into having this plan thinking I would get assistance in times of need only to find that I would spend months waiting for my claim to pay out.

I am really disappointed.

Please can someone respond as to when I will get my claim pay out please.
