Default on loan not removed

My credit reports still show that my Sanlam Loan is in default but the debt was settle in September 2023. I have a settlement letter to prove this. I have been struggling to get this default removed from my credit report.

I did receive an email from them yes. But nothing positive has happened yet. No response to say that my 'DEFAULT' has been resolved and corrected. So unhappy.
