Deduction of Money without my consent

The above mentioned company their consultants are doing ***** with our personal details.

They have opened a cover for me without my knowledge and I have spoken with their complaints department And the reassured me they will solve my matter but even today the same thing happened as money was deducted from me. I don't if they think this is a joke or what even the person they say is covered as my son I don't even know him. This is really not professional
