Deduction from my capital

I had invested moderate amount with the company in 2014 with promise of R5000 per each R100 000 on day one. Last month I have decided to rather invest offs**** and requested for release of my capital. Initially they want to take 23000 of my capital but later they finally have taken R33000. They have taken 15% of my capital and I have earned no interest during investment period. How insane can be that the company take my capital portion and not earn an interest comparing to my other investments? Even bank notice account will give you interest. They also ignored my request of ombudsman's details. Can it be worse than this?
