Deducting money without my consent!

Every month I am billed for a magazine, which I have never requested but even worse, never receive. I have contacted Sanlam before when I discovered this, and informed them of this, however nothing has changed and yet I am still beeing charged for it.<br> <br> How can these situations still occur!!!<br> <br> I would like this cancelled immediately and further to this re-imbursed all my money that has been deducted for this.<br> <br> Annoyed client.
