December debt order!!!!

I am fuming with Assupol, highly disappointed with Assupol. I received an sms on the 11 Dec informing me that my account will be deducted on the 14 Dec. I then called Assupol to explain i wont have money on the 14 Dec and that am only getting paid on the 20 Dec, the consultant informed me that they will change the date to the 20th Dec. The premiums went through on the 14th Dec , my last cent saving gone. I called requesting refund and cancellation of my policies and was refereed to fill in a complaint form.

Am not filling any form, i want all my policies cancelled.
