Debit order or the highway

I requested a payment holiday and did as they said, they payment holiday was never honored. Sanlam has debited me. I have to call them to request a refund. The refund is taking forever.

I always thought the company is one for the people, but the way they are so lackluster in doing anything that benefits the customer is shocking.

I am not getting updates. I have to call in for updates. Lord knows when it will be initiated. Just very disappointed.

Resolve this issue, please, before today COB ***). Funds should be in my account.
