DEBIT ORDER NIGHTMARE

CAN YOU STOP THIS DEBIT ORDER NIGHTMARE PLEASE! In January I got a message that I stopped my debit order, I immediately called Sanlam Sky Solutions to resolve the matter and I told to sort it out with my back. I immediately went to FNB bank, and I was told to ask Sanlam to reinstate the debit order. I called Sanlam sky again to reinstate the debit order and the consultant to me that it is reinstated, and a debit check message will be sent to my bank for me to approve, I never received any message to approve. on the 24 of February, I saw that there was no debit order that went off my account, I then called Sanlam SKY Solutions and I was told to pay R537.14 at a retail store which I did. I then changed my banking details for the debit to go off my Capitec account which the consultant confirmed that the banking details were changed. On the 25th of February a debit order of the same amount I paid at a retail store (R537.14) off my FNB account, the same account I was told I stopped the debit order from! How? When I have changed my banking details to my Capitec Account! On the 25th of March both my accounts where not debited and I got a message the again that my Premium has been rejected due to a stopped debit order. I AM TIRED OF CALLING SANLAM; CAN THIS NIGHTMARE BE SORTED OUT ASAP! ***

I still haven't been assist by Sanlam sky with regards to my debit order. I got called 2 x by a lady and I further went and changed my banking details, and my account was still not debit. I emailed Penny Cellere four times and all I get is " I got confirmation that you have been contacted. Please advise as to how I may assist you further". So, does this mean my policy will lapse when I have had it for 5 years because of people that don't do their job? I am escalating this with the insurance ombudsman.
