Debit order date still not changed after 2 months
My salary date changed in Aug, so I contacted the call center around the 13 Aug to request my debit order date to be changed from the 20th of each month to the 28th. I spoke to Tia in the customer services and she assured me the date had been updated.

On the 20th of August however, my debit order ran. I left it thinking that the change would only take affect the following month.

On the 20th of Sept the debit order ran again and this time I was charged R115 failed naedos fee because I had not yet been paid and my account was empty. I phoned Tia at the call center to complain and demanded that I be refunded the fee of R115 because I had explicitly requested the debit order date to be changed. Tia apologized and assured me I would be refunded the fee and that the date would be changed this time.

Fast forward to 20 Oct, again Sanlam ran their debit order. I phoned back AGAIN and spoke to Wesley. She stated that my request for a refund of the naedos fee, was actually only logged on 12 Oct so I'd have to wait 10 working days for that. She further stated that my debit order date had still not been changed & that she would have to phone me back after 28 Oct to effect. SHOCKING!!!!
