Debit order date

I have been trying to speak to sanlam regarding changing my debit order date to avoid policy from lapsing I even send them email several times but they don't even show interest. What a useless comp

Sanlam is very useless I just wrote a bad review because I wanted to change my debit order details
They just said they will escalate I just wish I never joined this useless insurance
Now my insurance will elapse because of them I tried contacting them even chats on WhatsApp is just very very poor they only reply our reviews or when they want you to take insurance
