Debit order
I am writing a second review about this because I really don't understand what's going on , I opened a policy with Sanlamindie last year but after I cancelled it on October 2022. But they started debiting money in my account on September 2023 of which I don't know the reasons. I contacted and they confirmed that I did cancel my policy last year and I won't receive a debit order again but on the 31st of October 2023 , I saw on my banking app that they are trying to debit again and I was puzzled about this. They contacted me again but couldn't find me so they send an email that they confirmed that they saw my review and they won't debit money anymore . Yesterday they tried to debit money again with 2 failed attempts so I realised that they are still trying to debit money in my account. I don't know why they keep deducting as they can see that I am not working , I am a student and I also get money sometimes when I am in need .
I really need help with this Your help will be appreciated xm 🙏
