DEBIT ORDER
I took out an RA and Life Insurance with Sanlam in July. In August 2015 I requested them to cancel my RA. They however still took my debit order off. Now to try and get my money returned is another thing. I have emailed Sanlam on numerous occasions but to no avail. All I want is for Sanlam to refund me my payment and not have to wait for who knows how long.
