Debit Order
Good day,
I requested my Financial Advisor Kreesen Pillay to change the debit order dates on my policies to be the 1st of the month about 3weeks ago.
He had assured that the matter was being handled and I even signed documents requesting the date change.
Now to my surprise I get a debit order on the 30th not being the date I requested.
This is unacceptable.

I refer to our telephone conversation of earlier. We have amended the deduction date to the 1st of every month, starting the 1st of March 2018. An e-mail as confirmation was sent to you privately.
