Debit Adjustment
I regret the day I took a funeral policy with Sanlam Sky first there were issues with the pay out and now I have made a claim on my husband yet they are still deducting the full amount. I emailed them and was called to be told that my query went to the wrong department and they will forward it. No one has ever called me back and the 2nd deduction went off this month.
