Debarred without receiving letter information me of intention to debar.

Sanlam debarred me without sending me a letter or any communication of intention to debar. I was debarred November 2023 according to fsca, however I was made aware of this debarment 2024 November information by the fsp that employed me after sanlam. I'm left in a position where I cannot even make an appeal. I've tried to call sanlam compliance department and sue kistnasamy(forensic officer), I cannot find the information I need. I suffered financial loses and this issue is affecting my mental health.
