Death claims

Subject: Dispute regarding death claim I hereby dispute the outcome of this death claim I have submitted on the 20th of February 2025. We want to know how Sanlam-sky came to the conclusion that the deceased were not related to me the owner of the policy as they (Sanlam-Sky) have Never done an investigaion or disputed the information before I entered into contract and paid the first premium for my late cousin's funeral cover. Firstly Sanlam-Sky send me a letter of refund then refunded me premiums of 6 months. On the 8th of April 2025 after numerous phone calls and enquiries from myself and legal representitive Mrs Melvina Abrahams - Lakhichand to come the comprehention of the matter, why the refund and not my Full claim as per the contract. My family and I were very disgusted with Sanlam-sky due to the fact that I could'nt contribute towards the funeral but policy was paid up but was Never honored by Sanlam-Sky. Please assist us with this issue. Thank you
