Death claim Sanlam Indie

My name is Martha Mailoane I went to the the branch ( Jabulani Mall) on the 4th of May 2026 to make a death claim the lady that helped me a very humble person submitted all the documents I waited for a week no communication from Sanlam Indie no payment, went back on the 11th May 2026 lady made a follow up call with the claim consultant they confirmed they received the documents waited for the payment to, went back today 25th May 2026 same humble lady made a follow up call surprisingly today there's no claim on the system Sanlam Indie I'm really not impressed with your customer service disappointing service ever You really don't care about about your customers
