Death Claim Policy 13340
Please assist me with my dispute. Policy Number :13340 My Aunt Ms Mirriam Sipora Mogotsi pass away on the 12 January 2024, 16 January 2024 we submitted our claim for death till today the claim is not paid we send pillar to post. I've have requested service with dept from one of service provider when H was arranging my Aunt funeral with the trust that Safrican will pay the claim so I don't know what to do and I'm afraid that the Service provider will take me to talk.
