Death claim not paid

I'm very disappointed on this company, I submitted my death claim on the 2feb 2022. All documents were sent then and it was confirmed that they will communicate with me via email about the progress of the claim. I made follow ups again I was promised that an email will be sent. Today on the 8 Feb 2022, I had received nothing from their side. This is a death claim for crying out loud. I'm extremeley dissappointed.
