DEATH CLAIM HURDLE

Dear Hello Peter

After raising my concern in this platform I got assistance from SANLAM and my issue is resolved meaning I have received the payout for my Late Brother. I want to thank you Thandazile and Linda from SANLAM who patiently contacted me and offered great assistance.

I also acknowledge that one of the reasons for the delay in my claim was that my attachment was in an image format NOT pdf format hence SANLAM emails were bouncing back.
