Death claim.

I took a cover with Assupol 5 years ago and submitted my death claim on Tuesday up to date I not received anything but they say their claim pays up within 48 ours which has passed now. I have submitted required documents which include the date of the funeral which is tomorrow, how Am I supposed to prepare for tomorrow without no money, the money that I paid for 5 years is even more than the death claim.
