Dead response!
<p>I have been calling Sanlam Trust now for almost 1 & 1/2 months and only managed to speak to a consultants only once. I have submitted school fee quotations for my nephew & niece for their school fees, and the reponse is just dead. This process is sooo draining as you are just placed on hold forever!The only time i managed to go was because I threw a tantrum when ispoke to the lady who transfers calls. I can only imagine how long this is going to take for all the other thing like uniform, books, etc!</p>
