**************** GIVE BACK MY MONEY!

Im super disgusted in Safrican I have been a loyal client to them after i left my previous employer i filled out a continuation form and yet my policy wasnt reinstated i have been paying my policy each month from Dec 2020 till July 2021 and not aware its still shows laps its more than 10working days after sending my refund documents on the 17th August 2021 and i have still not received my money i emailed clientretentions, PalesaT ( NO FEEDBACK AT ALL FROM HER) , Zintle in compliance and lemohang and all they keep saying is they will get back to me but never does. Or they forwarding my email to the relevant department but i get no response.Your policy states refund is within 7-10 working days and its way over due CAN I HAVE MY MONEY BACK.
