DARS Declaration on lump sum not done

What is wrong with Sanlam??? For a week now I've been trying to reach them regarding the lump sum that was not declared at SARS. I'm unable to submit my tax return because of this. The telephone line is not answered - just endless music, emails are not responded to - you just receive an automated acknowledgement email and their whatsapp is not working...it asks you to choose "option below", but there's no options available.

Please can I get somebody to assist me...it's urgent
