I submitted a claim on the 6th January and to this date, each time I enquire, I get the same response that the claim is with the assessors. If they decline then they must decline and say so rather than taking me from pillar post for 3 months. Now my emails aren't being responded to by Leonie. I also asked what the turnaround time is and she just ignored my email. Do not go for Sanlam Indie guys.
