Counsellation of policy/ refund
<p>I counselled the policy 6 months ago but they still deducting my money, tried to make a follow up but still i don't get help, i just want my money back. Date that I counselled the policy was on the 4 of January 2016. Policy number SG ********** 3</p>

Sanlam Sky informed us that they received your cancellation request on 5 January 2016. You were contacted telephonically and advised that Sanlam required a surrender form with supporting documents in order to terminate the policy. At that time you undertook to submit the required documents at the local Sanlam office but these were never received, hence the policy is still in force.
Sanlam Sky contacted you again today emailed the surrender form. You undertook to send the required documents tomorrow.
