Corporates lack of customer service
I've been trying to get feedback regarding a provident fund issue, not only did I get a automated feedback 4 days after requesting for assistance, I was onhold for 20 minutes with speaking to an agent and your whatsapp line is equally useless. I need urgent feedback regarding this incident. #WF_***6 / wf_***0
