CONTINUAL BAD ADMINISTRATION
Sanlam Sky policies administer my meagre funeral group policy which they cancelled 4 times in 8 months. Every time they reinstate it as the fault is on their side. Feedback takes months to happen, lots of emails from my side and I have to copy in the world to get any reaction. They never tell you where the problem occurred on their side, they just come back with we will rectify it. This for 43.80 the worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
