Consultant signing on behalf of clients without client's knowledge

I wanted to open an investment account with Sanlam through their financial advisor Masombuka Mighty. We haven't finalised everything as I wanted to ask some of my family members to be my beneficiaries and he promised to pass by my work the following day for an update so that we can finalize everything. Just after he left my work place, he decided to go on with application without my knowledge, sign documents as if they were sign by me and also went on to make deduction to be through employer instead of bank debit order as I wanted so. He then never answered my calls and here I am stranded with a policy I never signed but he did. Hopefully the company will close the investment for ne as requested. People from sanlam are not supervised as they work.I see many people going to loose money to ***** workers like Mighty. Please be careful out there and if policy is not signed by you, run because there is definitely something that iz not going well in there.
