Confirmation for will cancelation

I drafted a will through Sanlam and reached out to Aqeel via email and WhatsApp. Aqeel, who assisted me with the will, assured me of his availability for any clarifications of which that was a lie. However, despite requesting to cancel my will and seeking confirmation from them, I'm still awaiting their response.
