I made a claim on my sisters life cover who passed on on the 20th of January 2019(2 years AGO), till today we haven’t received the payout. I don’t know how many documents I’ve been told to submit, I’ve submitted every document there is to submit but every time I call to do a follow up on the claim I’m told the claim is with the head office and that they will contact me. It’s been 2 years and I’ve been waiting
