Complaint Sanlam Pensions
My complaint yesterday was closed so herewith my story .Just got an email from Tanya Brown again asking me for detail that they don't have .Yet all docs were send there together.All certified by my attorney on 7 Dec 2023 .She asks that it must not be older than 3 months ......well I get about 6 weeks
I did forward Mr Prins tax number to them now .She also wants to know my email and acopy of my ID.
She has send me emails to my email address and my ID was all sent with all the docs.Twice I spoke to girls there that checked the Documentation and confirmed they have it all!!!HELP PLEASE
