Complaint about Sanlam Trust Fund

I need help with reaching Sanlam Trust Fund. They do not answer calls and they do not provide any feedback everytime about the quotations sent yet there are administrators responsible for every fund/account. I need them to respond as soon as podsible as the schools are opening next week. Thank you
