I have never ever experienced BAD SERVICE like what Assupol is rendering. The only thing that they are good at is "writing apology emails", and "lying". I submitted a claim early in April 2025 and only today 30 April 2025 was the claim processed after a string of emails sent to the claims department, I'm not even sure if it is true because it does not reflect in my account. Reading a few reviews on hellopeter it is clear that there is a HUGE problem at Assupol. I suggest that Assupol review each and everyone's performance and make a decision that would be best for the business, (OTHERWISE)? My monthly payment is made on time, so why can't I enjoy the benefits thereof.
