Complain regarding sanlam loan.

I took.a loan with sanlam, I have been paying this loan. I receiced an sms thatbmy last instalment is in May.A lady who identified herself as Zipho Bululu called to say, I owe the last instalment that is R1432.05. In.July I received an call and a lady who identified herself as Anelisa and told me that there was a mistake with my account, and I owe R2495. She said my last instalment is R2495 that is the last instalment.I paid R1440 on the 6th of July and R1100 on the 3rd of,August. I am still receiving calls that I am owing Sankam.I have asked for a statement that shows all my payment.The promise me but nothing come forth. I am receiving calls that I am still owing but they do not want to send me any proof of all my payments. Direct Axis from Sanlam is not a trustworthy company.
