Complain

I requested for information on how to go about adding new members on my policy. I received and email from kefentse Sithole whom asked for my contact number of which I provided, this was on the 17th July 2o23, however to this day 23rd July I'm still waiting for his call. To me the issue is a serious issue as you do not promise a customer that you'll call them and yet you don't care anymore. If he knew he was nit gonna call me he should have given me a way forward or what to do.
