Hi my name is thembi i had taken a picy retirement annuity with sanlam then im dismissed from work but awaiting appeal , last yrar i had no problem getting my tax certificate now im told im not on thier system and i wanted to cash out the money i was told it was above 20 thousand so i have to claim when im 55 yrs cus it had insurance it will still pay it out , i tried to forward my quiry to sanlam WhatsApp group they told me to get claim forms from my employer and the information now differs pls assist can someone get back to me my contact ***
