Complain about claim

My husband got sick in May 2017 admitted in St Augustine hospital in ,Durban for brain tumour operation conducted by the neurosergeon Dr Govender . His condition became worse and his employer Ulundi Municipality , recommended for medical boarding.

The process was completed in June 2018 He made a claim via the employer and submitted all relevant documents We waited for response only to find that they have closed the file because the employer does not want to send the outstanding documents.

They promised to reconsider it then l asked what those documents were . 1 They told me that they want to know the reason why the claim were not notified to them by the employer within the notification period . 2 They require confirmation of the internal processes that have been put into place to prevent this from occurring in future. 3 They require confirmation as to whether there are any other potential claims that have not yet been notified to them

And l am surprised how can thi affect my husband's claim I think they can deal with it on their own Now l suspect this as **** they are playing hide and seek .
