I took out a insurance policy and the policy number is Sanlam: sanlamsky for my sister inlaw .policy isSanlam: (SP***8) upto date and submited the relevant documentations after her passing .they informed me that my policy is being validated for 5days and on the 4day i received call it will take 21days the policy never pay out.they can give me valid reaon or written letter why it taking so long to pay out .poor service and dissapointed as we need to have the funeral.
