My mom joined Sanlam sky and it happened that she passed on in 2011 due to natural causes but Sanlam refused to give us money, they said my mom didn't say that she had high blood pressure whereas her death certificate states She died due to natural causes till now we haven't our money. We have been trying to contact them, went to their branches but still with no help. All we got was the bad service.
