Company with incompetant staff

My friend took out a funeral cover for me this month, and since then, Assupol is pestering me with phone calls to take out a funeral plan! EVERY time i say to the consultant to remove my number, but no. The incompetant staff at Assupol keep on phoning me even more. Today i already had 6 calls. I think i must cancell my policy. Can someone with some brains at Assupol please contact me, someone on management level please.
