Do not be blinded by the adverts you see on tv!
The service is shocking. i really wanted to have a policy but i had cancel because of the service i received.. i was supposed to start 1-1-2019.. i have been sending emails from 27/12/2018 to cancel the policy there was no response a lady by the name of Innocentia Tema sent me a terminate form to complete all of which i did.. there was no response from there.. i called a week later spoke a friendly lady lerato sibuyi... she told me that there was no form that i needed to complete .. she sent an email to their rententions department to cancel and it was cancelled.
They debited my account R322 on the 19-1-2019.. I called the same day spoke to Mukhethwa Makhado who said to me i will be refunded and i should send bank statement and Id i did that on the 21-1-2019..
I did a follow up with him on the 30-1-19 and 1-2-2019.. he didn't even bother to acknowledged my statement was received and that when i can expect my refund NOT EVEN HAVE A DECENCY OF RESPONDING TO ME. till this day! .. the service is shocking and the consultants don't have customer service!
