Clueless

I was told that I need to get a qualifying product from Sanlam to qualify for maximum gym benefits, when I ask Reality, they say I must speak to Sanlam Sky, when I call Sky they say Reality should know. Who in Sanlam group will be able to assist me, I even called Indie and they say I must ask Reality : There are tons of products on Sanlam, all I need to know what benefit I should take to get maximum gym benefits
