Clarity

2023 I asked for a partial unlock of funds... I was given a withdrawal form to fill in. I did that, on the form there is an option to re invest q certain amount if you wish to. I said R20000 from the money in my account should be re invested... I don't know how many times did I send that withdrawal form. The release of those funds took so long. A year later I wrote a review again because the emails I sent were not attended to. I asked where is the R20000 I asked to be reinvested. Suddenly I was told it could be used up.. for penalties. Why was that amount not deducted from the one I received... Why didn't they explain that to me from the onset? Is the R20000 still available in a different account, I have been asking myself. Sanlam Trust has been so unfair to me... It's years now of uncer*****y. Everything I ask for seems too much for them
