I am so disgruntled by the claim not paid out

08 Jan 2026, 08:37It's been over 72 hours and still a funeral claim has not been paid. We went to one of the branches on 3 January 2026 and were told we should expect the claim to be paid out by latest Tuesday. It's Thursday now and we are supposed to bury on Saturday 10 January.
