Claiming I missed a payment when I have not.

After being a customer for 4 years, the debit order was double this month. I know that every salary I've earned since I started using Sanlam had that deducted, but now Sanlam is saying I missed a month. I spent hours creating a spreadsheet listing each month's payment, but that is just ignored. They just keep sending me the same data showing this year only where the payments are allocated to the wrong months. I need them to send me the data since I started paying (like I did) to show where it is missed, because that's the only way to see if a payment was missed or not. They're not responding to my emails. I've had one phone call from them, but nothing was sorted out on that call. I have send several emails since. I had to take money from my credit card to cover the rest of my month's expenses as they took R5800 extra that I did not budget for. I am not planning on gifting that to Sanlam. I am looking at alternatives to transfer my investments away from Sanlam.
