Claim still not paid even today
Submitted death claim on 28Feb 2024, funeral took place on 2nd of March 2024 claim still not paid, had to go to loan sharks, but i have a policy the service is very bad, call centres take forever to answer mind you we using our own airtime, i am fedup with this institution.....very disappointing but they are too quick to debit without fail....
