Claim process

When you take policy with them it's very easy and fast paperless process, but when coming to claim they require more things that are not even stated on policy contract. I've made a claim since and even now I didn't get anything from Sanlam because they want that confidential form that has been sent to Statistics SA and remember that form no one has access to it including, Mortuary, Home Affairs and the Dr who certify the death.
