Claim Payout Not Honoured

<p>My aunt whom i insured with Safrican passed on 23rd June 2016, submitted my claim on the 25th of June and I was only told that i needed to complete a claim form on the 29th of June which i managed to complet and sentd on the 12th of July and I called on the 26th of July at 13:42 and was assured that they would get back to me on the status of my claim and they have stated that the delay is on their side. I have not heard from them as promised and it has been six weeks and a couple of days since i submitted my claim and the claim payout has not being honoured. Safrican has not even bothered to inform me by email or call me and tell me what is causing the delay but they still deducted the full premium amount for the month ending June and July.</p> <p> </p>
